RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 45 day return policy which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, in the original packaging.
To start a return, send an email with a photo of your product in its original packaging so we can verify that it's still in good condition. We will then send you instructions on how to proceed.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your product is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
Warranty
Your product is covered by a 2-year warranty for manufacturing or mechanical defects. Every day wear and tear, or damaged cause by water, is not covered by the warranty
Nature inspires us to craft beautiful wooden timepieces that are one of a kind. In return, we commit to always use wood from FSC-certified sources, plant two trees for every watch sold and offer all of our watches in re-usable pine wood gift box.
