DELIVERIES & RETURNS
Delivery generally takes 2-3 working days for France, 3-5 working days for Germany, Italy and Spain. For other European countries delivery can take up to 7-10 working days. If you want to have an exact delivery date, or if you want to know if you will receive the item before a certain date (for example, a birthday), contact us and a member of our team will check for you.
All our products are shipped from our distribution centers in France with Amazon's delivery service. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a message from us with an estimated delivery date and a tracking number which you can use to track your package.
